great access to parks and local attractions for weekend walks

I loved how close this place was to Eagle Lake Park, just a bit over 4 km away, and it was really easy to stroll down to Northeast Park and Paw Place, which is only about 2 km away, making my city explorations so enjoyable during the stay.

The room was newly remodeled, but the dirty floor needed scrubbing.

Our stay was pretty good! The room was very spacious, and we loved the great shower pressure. Just wish the floor was cleaner.

The location is the sole highlight of this studio, while cleanliness left much to be desired. the floors needed thorough scrubbing despite my efforts. A bright side includes the efficient water pressure in the shower and the convenience of on-site laundry services. A sizeable refrigerator and TV also added to the comfortable stay. Unfortunately, maintenance seems lacking and overall housekeeping could have done a better job.
